The business

Missing Link was a partnership between Simon McArthur and Isabel Sebastian. It was a small business that linked specialists in various fields of sustainable tourism to generate innovative work with real potential for implementation. The business philosophy of Missing Link was to enrich tourism environments through a unique combination of strategic and practical advice that leads to sustainable growth and a cutting edge for clients. In this context, sustainability is considered as an integrated web of socio-cultural, environmental and economic dimensions in the operation of tourism businesses.
