Achievements
- Acquired and managed over $1M in external funding to further develop
Q Station business into a position of excellence, including:
- $320,000 water harvesting and greywater recycling system within heritage buildings
- $550,000 heritage conservation works to buildings, landscape and infrastructure
- $130,000 adaptation works to create group accommodation and classrooms
- Scoped and coordinated modifications to the original environmental approval for
Q Station so that the business could capitalize on new business opportunities and operate with less bureaucracy
- Structured a proposal for NSW government to introduce a new tourism transport system to heritage sites around Sydney Harbour
- Assisted the NSW Government with pre leasing expression of interest to lease Jenolan Caves Reserve and House to the private sector
- Assisted the National Trust of NSW to adapt properties in the Blue Mountains, to cover conservation and raise revenue for other properties.
